Nope, Mac M1 are using ARM and age of empires 2 or any age game, uses x86 arch, meaning you wont be able to run it, even if you dual boot it, you need to use and config a virtual machine with qemu+kvn for a pass through virtual machine for installing windows and running the game on either Steam or Xbox Store/Microsoft Store.
